This week, we dedicated some time for mindful activities. These activities help us slow down from our daily routine, focus more on what we are doing and appreciate the moment. These activities are very suitable either to start or end the day with.
These are the activities which we did:
Pinky pointing – we focused on our feelings and discussed that feelings can change.
Life is good- we spoke about negative feelings and yet found something positive about them.
Appreciation chain- we wrote appreciation messages and were thankful for what we have.
Pass the cup- the activity consisted of using teamwork, along with being aware of our surrounding to help us pass a cup filled with water while keeping our eyes closed.
Duck or rabbit- we discussed a picture that can be both a duck and a rabbit and concluded that we can see things from different perspectives.
