Mindfulness Should Be Our Top Priority

Mindfulness means slowing down to really notice what you are doing.

In our class we are taking part in Mindfulness Activities.

Breathing Exercises and Yoga are Mindfulness Techniques.

We practised Hand Breathing, Flower Breathing, Snake Breathing and Balloon Breathing.

It was fun acting and singing while watching fantastic yoga stories, like Popcorn the Dolphin and Joybob the Polar Bear.

Popcorn the Dolphin took us on a yoga adventure under the ocean. This adventure helped us to stay calm.

Joybob the Polar Bear took us on a yoga adventure to the Arctic. It helped us to find joy in the little things.

We are looking forward to try more exciting activities which help us to understand and deal with our emotions in healthy ways.
